The Casterbridge Academy provides all Casterbridge employees with the opportunity of joining the following NVQ courses at no cost:
- NVQ Level 2 Children's Care, Learning and Development
- NVQ Level 3 Children's Care, Learning and Development
We also offer the opportunity for young apprentices to join our modern apprenticeship programme.
Casterbridge employees who decide to take their NVQ qualifications can expect the following benefits:
