Our staff are a committed team of enthusiastic professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest quality care and education for the children they look after. They provide a warm, loving atmosphere where children are given plenty of affection and attention.
Tara Jacobs - Nursery Manager
Tara has been qualified for 12 years now and has worked in many positions within the nursery environment. Tara started off in a nursery in Ash School where she was promoted from Nursery Nurse to Room Manager of the Pre school room.
In 2003 Tara joined Nursery on the Green, which was Hatton Hill nursery at that time as a Room Manager and worked in all rooms within the nursery before being promoted to Deputy Manager.
Tara left the nursery for a year to Manage a nursery in Aldershot before having her son Lincoln in 2006. Tara and her son came back to Nursery on Green in January 2007 where she was a Room Manager and became Deputy Manager in September 2008.
Lynsey Gardner - Deputy Manager
Lynsey has been qualified for over 12 years after working in a nursery as an apprentice, she stayed at that nursery for 6 years after being promoted to Room Manager.
In 2000 Lynsey joined Hatton Hill nursery as a Room Manager and has stayed with the nursery as they joined the Casterbridge Group and became Nursery on the Green. Lynsey took on the role of Junior Deputy in 2005 and is proud to be one of the longest serving members of the staff team.
Charlotte Wood - Nursery Chef
Hi i am the chef at the Nursery on the Green and have been here for 2 years now, before working at the nursery i worked at Maclaren headquarters near Chertsey, this involved cooking lots of nutritionally balanced foods and complex dishes for the Drivers and race teams.
My experiance has given me a solid knowledge of what is nutritionally valuable to the children at the nursery, i enjoy cooking with the children and getting them involved with creating new dishes.
We focus on using local produce and seasonal fruit and vegetables at all times, we are currently implementing a "Child Friendly" kitchen area so that the chuldren can get more involved in the preperation of their meals.
