Parent Survey Results 2011

The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.

At Nursery on the Green 98% of parents were satisfied with the overall experience at the nursery and when asked how likely parents were to recommend us we scored 8.9 out of 10. To summarise the findings, parents love the environment (100% agree), the quality of resources is high (100%), children are highly stimulated (95% agree) and 95% of preschool parents agreed that it was good preparation for their child starting school. Parents said they would like more verbal feedback and our administration could be worked on, we are committed to improving these areas.
